Analysis of our second filming session

Maddie, Chloe and I had our second filming session on Monday 1st March. This was quite a short filming session because we only wanted to shoot the first 20 seconds of our opening sequence. Which is the first two images on our storyboard. The first shot was of two of our main characters getting ready to drive off from their house. And the second shot was from another angle where we followed the car driving, using panning. We feel that we again achieved our goals during this second filming session, even though it was short. We are enjoying editing this footage in class because we have made up a voice over of a radio station, with the help of our teacher being the radio presenter! We did this so it feels like the audience are hearing the same as what the characters are hearing inside the car. Then towards the end of this radio station commentary, we are going to fade it out and fade in our creepy non-diegetic sound for the next scene. We currently have one more filming session to do, which is the last 20-30 seconds of our opening sequence.
